He’s the best thing about being a special needs parent. The Special Needs Parent version of the Ryan Gosling “Hey Girl” meme is back and sexier than ever. Although we didn’t play last year, I am so excited to jump in with both feet this year. If you’re new to SNRG, don’t fret. Here’s the dealio:

Every Friday, for however long the beauty lasts, we will be linking up with Sunday Stilwell and a bunch of other really fabulous special needs bloggers. We will be using a new picture of RyGos, as I refer to him, to express our feelings about special needs parenting. Imagine if Ryan were your sidekick in the special needs world. What Would Ryan Do?
